Job summary

Pacific Coast Post-Acute is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our growing team in Santa Monica, California. You will assist residents with daily living activities and support their wellbeing in a supportive, team-driven environment.

Responsibilities include taking vital signs, documenting care, and collaborating with nurses to deliver exceptional resident care. We offer multiple shifts, paid time off, a 401(k) plan, and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Previous skilled nursing or post-acute experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Support residents’ physical, emotional, and social well-being.
• Take and record vital signs, weights, and other resident information as directed.
• Observe and report changes in residents’ conditions to nursing staff.
• Accurately document care provided and maintain resident records.
• Respond promptly and courteously to resident requests and needs.
• Assist with implementing individualized care plans.
• Promote resident dignity, comfort, and independence.
• Collaborate effectively with nurses, therapists, physicians, and other team members to provide exceptional care.

Compensation

Pay Rate: $20.60–$22.00 per hour (DOE)
