Job summary

Pacific Coast Post-Acute is seeking compassionate CNAs to join our team. You will assist residents with ADLs, take vital signs, document care, and collaborate with nurses to deliver quality resident care.

We offer pay rates of $20.60–$22.00 per hour DOE, a $2,500 sign-on bonus paid in increments, full-time AM/PM/NOC shifts, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, PTO, 401(k), and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Previous skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Support residents' physical, emotional, and social well-being.
• Take and record vital signs, weights, and other resident information as directed.
• Observe and report changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff.
• Document care provided and maintain resident records.
• Respond promptly and courteously to resident requests and needs.
• Assist with implementing individualized care plans.
• Promote resident dignity, comfort, and independence.
• Collaborate with nurses, therapists, physicians, and other team members to provide exceptional care.

Compensation

Pay Rate: $20.60-$22.00 per hour (DOE)

$2,500 Sign-On Bonus!

Eligible full-time CNAs can receive a $2,500 sign-on bonus , paid in five increments according to the facility's bonus payout schedule.
