Victorian Post Acute in San Francisco, CA is seeking a caring CNA to join our 90-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. You will provide high-quality resident care, assist with daily living activities, and collaborate with a compassionate team.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality care to residents, promoting comfort, dignity, and independence.
• Assist with activities of daily living: bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and toileting.
• Observe residents and promptly report changes to the nursing team.
• Respond quickly and courteously to resident call lights and requests.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Support meal service and encourage proper nutrition and hydration.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow facility policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and the interdisciplinary team.

Pay & Schedule

Pay: $22.66-$25.00 per hour

Available Shifts:

• AM / PM: Full-Time
• AM / PM / NOC: Part-Time (Weekend availability required)
