Qualifications

• Physical within the last year and negative TB skin test or chest x-ray (from requirements).
• Licensed driver.
• Current CPR certification.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the US.
• Reliable car / auto insurance.
• Clean background and criminal record.
• Must be able to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull; lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Implement treatment and plan of care with sound judgment and critical thinking.
• Maintain accurate, detailed, and timely documentation per the plan of care.
• Perform skills and procedures per agency policies and protocols.
