BrightStar Care is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants/Caregivers to join our home care team serving the Macoupin and Montgomery County area. We offer flexible schedules, PRN and part-time options, and RN oversight in a supportive environment.

You will provide compassionate in-home care, complete timely documentation, and participate in ongoing training. This is a national company with 300+ locations and opportunities across the network.

Qualifications

• CPR certification required or current certification in place.
• Must have reliable transportation to travel to client homes.

Responsibilities

• Implement treatment and plan of care, using sound judgment and critical thinking
• Maintain accurate, detailed, and timely documentation consistent with the plan of care
• Perform all skills and procedures to the scope of practice as defined in and adhere to the policies, procedures, and protocols of the agency of employment

Requirements

• Physical within the last yearand negative TB skin test or chest x-ray
• Licensed driver
• Current CPR certification
• Proof of eligibility to work in the US.
• Reliable car / auto insurance.
• Clean background and criminal record.
• Must be able to stand walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull. Varied assistance is required depending on the mobility of the client. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
