Job summary

Regency Hospital - Florence is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for night shifts in Florence, SC. The role supports post-ICU recovery, delivering compassionate patient care, including bathing, oral hygiene, and rounds.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED OR relevant work experience (3+ years)
• BLS is required within 90 days of hire
• Certification as a nursing assistant
• Hospital experience as a nursing assistant or experience in a related field (i.e. medical assistant, actively enrolled RN student)

Responsibilities

• Bathing patients using basin-less products and assisting with oral hygiene
• Participate in hourly rounds
• Transport patients to treatment centers and assist in moving patients
• Maintain cleanliness of instruments and equipment
• Keep patient rooms clean and orderly
• Maintain stock levels of supplies and equipment

Schedule: 7 p.m. - 7 a.m.Compensation: $18.05 to $22.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Perform services for patients including bathing using basin-less bath products, oral hygiene, oral feeding and care of hair
• Participate in hourly rounds
• Transport patients to and from various treatment centers when necessary, and assist transporters in moving patients in and out of stretchers and wheelchairs
• Maintain the cleanliness of various instruments and equipment such as bedpans, urinals and wheelchairs
• Keep patients' rooms in clean and orderly condition
• Maintain unit stock levels of supplies and equipment as directed
• Performs other duties as assigned
