Scenic Wellness Nursing & Rehabilitation in Herculaneum, MO is hiring full-time CNAs for the evening shift (3 PM-11 PM). You will provide compassionate, resident-centered care and support with ADLs, mobility and daily routines.

Qualifications

• Active Missouri CNA Certification is required.
• Experience as CNA preferred; new CNAs with clinical training encouraged to apply.
• Experience in skilled nursing, nursing homes, long-term care or rehabilitation is a plus.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and time-management skills.
• CPR/BLS certification preferred or required per facility policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, respectful, and individualized resident care during the evening shift.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and mobility.
• Support resident comfort, safety, and dignity during the evening shift.
• Perform regular resident rounds and respond to resident needs.
• Follow individualized care plans and facility nursing procedures.
• Assist with repositioning, transfers, and mobility as needed.
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to licensed nursing staff.
• Maintain clean, safe, and comfortable resident rooms and common areas.
• Work collaboratively with CNAs, LPNs, RNs, and nursing leadership.

CNA Evening Shift Responsibilities

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will provide hands-on care and support to residents throughout the evening shift. Your responsibilities include:

• Provide compassionate, respectful, and individualized resident care
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and mobility
• Support resident comfort, safety, and dignity during the evening shift
• Perform regular resident rounds and respond to resident needs
