Job summary

Scenic Wellness Nursing & Rehabilitation in Herculaneum, MO is hiring a Full-Time Certified Nursing Assistant for the evening shift (3:00 PM–11:00 PM). Join a resident-centered team and provide compassionate care to residents in a supportive setting.

You will assist with ADLs, rounds, safety, and comfort while following care plans and collaborating with nursing leadership. Competitive pay and full-time benefits are offered in a local community facility.

Qualifications

Active Missouri CNA Certification is required.
Strong communication, teamwork and time-management skills are essential.
Experience in skilled nursing, nursing homes, long-term care, rehabilitation or senior care is a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, respectful, and individualized resident care.
Assist residents with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, mobility).
Support resident comfort, safety, and dignity during the evening shift.
Perform regular resident rounds and respond to resident needs.
Follow individualized care plans and facility procedures.
Assist with repositioning, transfers, and mobility as needed.
Observe and report changes in resident condition to licensed staff.
Maintain clean, safe resident rooms and common areas.
Work collaboratively with CNAs, LPNs, RNs, and nursing leadership.
