Orchard View Post-Acute and Rehabilitation Center in Kingsport, TN is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). You will provide direct, hands-on care to residents and support the nursing team to ensure safe, compassionate, person-centered care in our skilled nursing environment.

Responsibilities include bathing, dressing, grooming, assisting with mobility and transfers, recording vital signs and intake/output, and documenting care while reporting changes to the nurse.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Current, unencumbered CNA certification in Tennessee.
• Experience in long-term care preferred but training available.
• Ability to lift and transfer residents with/without assistance.
• Strong communication and compassionate approach.

• Assist residents with mobility, transfers, and positioning using proper body mechanics and equipment.

• Support residents' dignity, preferences, and independence in accordance with care plans.
• Work collaboratively with nurses and the interdisciplinary team to meet resident needs.
