Job summary

Cane Ridge Post-Acute and Rehabilitation Center in Antioch, TN seeks a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to provide direct resident care and support the nursing team in a skilled nursing environment.

Responsibilities include bathing, mobility assistance, vital signs, and accurate documentation, while maintaining a safe, home-like setting and respecting residents' dignity and preferences. Training availability and a friendly, team-driven atmosphere are highlighted.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Current, unencumbered CNA certification in the state of Tennessee.
• Previous long-term care/skilled nursing experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate.
• Ability to lift, move, and transfer residents with or without assistance and equipment.
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate, resident-focused approach.

• Measure and record vital signs, intake and output, and other observations as directed.

• Support residents' dignity, preferences, and independence in accordance with care plans.
• Work collaboratively with nurses and the interdisciplinary team to meet resident needs.
