Job summary

Crossville Health and Rehabilitation is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant for the night shift, 10:30 PM to 6:30 AM, on a full-time 8-hour schedule. Base pay ranges from $14.80 to $20.40 per hour, with an additional $2.00 per hour night differential.

Experience in long-term care is preferred, and a dedicated team supports resident safety, comfort, and care. Responsibilities include ADLs, vital signs, call-light responses, and accurate care documentation, in a calm, clinical overnight setting.

• Active CNA certification in the state of employment (required).
• Long-term care experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Caring, patient, and dependable personality.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on care and nightly support to residents.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, repositioning, toileting).
• Monitor vital signs and observe for changes in condition.
• Respond promptly to call lights and resident needs.
• Maintain a safe, calm, and clean environment.
• Work collaboratively with licensed nurses and fellow team members.
• Document care accurately and timely.
