Job summary

Napa Post Acute is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our compassionate team in Napa, CA. All shifts available (AM, PM, NOC) with both full-time and part-time positions. Competitive pay and a supportive leadership team help you deliver quality resident care.

As a CNA, you will assist with ADLs, mobility, documentation, and collaborate with nurses to maintain a safe, comfortable environment for residents. Active California CNA certification is required; BLS/CPR preferred.

Qualifications

• As active California CNA certification is required.
• Current BLS/CPR certification preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Dependable, compassionate, and team-oriented attitude.
• Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care or healthcare preferred.
• New CNAs are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting and feeding.
• Provide mobility assistance, transfers and repositioning as needed.
• Observe residents and promptly report changes in condition to licensed staff.
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with facility policies and state regulations.
• Support a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents.
• Deliver compassionate care while preserving resident dignity and independence.
• Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members to provide high-quality care.
