Base compensation ranges from $25 to $26 per hour, with medical/dental/vision insurance, a 401(k), PTO and sick leave, and ongoing professional development opportunities. A consistent 4-on/2-off rotation enhances work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Active California CNA certification required.
• Minimum 2 years CNA experience preferred.
• Experience in skilled nursing, post-acute, or long-term care setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including personal care, grooming, mobility, and dining.
• Promote resident comfort, dignity, safety, and independence.
• Assist with repositioning, transfers, and restorative nursing programs.
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff.
• Follow individualized care plans to support resident well-being.
• Maintain accurate charting and documentation in a timely manner.

CNA Responsibilities

Resident Care

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including personal care, grooming, mobility, and dining

Qualifications

• Active California CNA certification required
