Job summary

Pacific Coast Post-Acute is hiring compassionate CNAs to join our dedicated team. Earn $20.60–$22.00 per hour (DOE) with part-time or on-call shifts across AM, PM, and NOC. Benefits include paid vacation, sick time, holidays, a 401(k) plan, and education stipends.

As a CNA you will assist residents with ADLs, monitor health, document care, and collaborate with nursing staff to support patient dignity and well-being in a fast-paced post-acute environment.

Qualifications

• Gives high-quality resident care with empathy and dignity.
• Maintains accurate resident records and reports changes promptly.
• Takes vital signs and assists with ADLs and mobility as directed.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming and mobility.
• Take and record vital signs and weights as directed.
• Observe and report changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff.
• Document care provided and maintain resident records.
• Respond to resident requests promptly and courteously.
• Assist with implementing individualized care plans and promote independence.
• Collaborate with nurses, therapists, physicians, and team members to ensure excellent care.
