Job summary

Nuclear Care Partners in Portsmouth, OH is seeking a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide one-on-one in-home care, supporting patients' daily living and quality of life.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CNA licensure in Ohio required.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Support meal preparation, nutrition, and light housekeeping.
• Monitor and report changes in condition to the care team.
• Follow care plans and document accurately using EMR standards.

Compensation:

Compensation is based on experience, shift type, and market factors. The range reflects entry-level to highly experienced applicants.

Key Responsibilities:
