Nuclear Care Partners in Amarillo, TX is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide (HHA) to provide one-on-one in-home care for clients connected to the DOE/Nuclear programs. You will support daily living activities, offer companionship, and help maintain independence in a patient-centered environment.

The role emphasizes reliable, mission-driven care, adherence to care plans, and accurate EMR documentation. Full-time evening shifts with some PRN hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR certification required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Experience in home health, long-term care, or hospice preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Support meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Monitor and report changes in condition.
• Follow care plans and document using EMR standards.

As a HHA, you'll play a vital role in supporting our patients' quality of life through consistent, one-on-one, relationship-based care in their homes. Compensation

Compensation is based on experience, shift type, and market factors. The range reflects entry-level to highly experienced applicants.

• PTO (For full-time and Part-time employees only)

Shift

• Full-Time, late afternoons and evenings. Weekdays and Weekends.
• PRN - minimum of 12 hours every 30 days

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility)
• Provide companionship, emotional support, and social engagement
• Support meal preparation, nutrition support and light housekeeping
• Monitor and report changes in condition
• Follow care plans and document accurately using EMR standards

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• CPR certified
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently in a non-facility setting
• Home health, long-term care, or hospice experience preferred.
