Job summary

Nuclear Care Partners in Livermore seeks a dependable CNA to provide in-home, one-on-one care for veterans and DOE/Nuclear Energy program participants. You will deliver compassionate support, assist with ADLs, and maintain accurate EMR documentation.

Compensation ranges from $21.00 to $26.00 per hour, based on experience, shift type, and market factors. Benefits include PTO, health/dental/vision for full-time staff, EAP, and 401(k). Shifts include a 4-hour Thursday block.

Qualifications

• Minimum education includes a high school diploma or GED and CNA certification.
• CPR certification is required or current.
• Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Home health or long-term care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing and mobility.
• Provide companionship, emotional support, and social engagement.
• Support meal preparation, nutrition and light housekeeping.
• Monitor and report changes in condition per care plans using EMR.
• Follow care plans and document accurately using EMR standards.

Compensation:

Compensation is based on experience, shift type, and market factors. The listed range reflects entry-level to highly experienced applicants.
