Job summary

Nuclear Care Partners in Mesa, AZ is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide in-home, one-on-one care for individuals who served our country in DOE or Nuclear Energy programs. You will support daily living activities and promote comfort and safety in patients' homes.

This mission-driven role requires a dependable caregiver with Arizona CNA certification, CPR, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver's license.

Compensation:

Compensation is based on experience, shift type, and market factors. The listed range reflects entry-level to highly experienced applicants.

*Shift Differential for nights

• PTO (Full-Time and Part-Time employees only)

Shifts: Part-Time Days and Nights

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting,

mobility)

• Provide companionship, emotional support, and social engagement
• Support meal preparation, nutrition support and light housekeeping
• Monitor and report changes in condition
• Follow care plans and document accurately using EMR standards

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Active CNA certification in Arizona
• CPR certified
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently in a non-facility setting
• Home health, long-term care, or hospice experience preferred.
