Job summary

Legacy Health and Rehabilitation of Pleasant Grove is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide high-quality daily living assistance to residents. You will work closely with nursing staff to support comfort, safety, and well-being in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.

Responsibilities include assisting residents with daily activities, monitoring health changes, and ensuring a clean, safe setting.

Qualifications

• Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state you are applying for.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in long-term care or a similar healthcare setting is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to providing high-quality care.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to varying shift schedules.
• Current CPR certification is a plus.

• Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ health, behavior, or condition to nursing staff.
• Provide mobility assistance, including transferring and repositioning residents.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for residents.
• Document of care provided and observations in accordance with facility policies.
• Offer emotional support and companionship to residents, fostering a positive and caring atmosphere.
• Follow infection control protocols and safety guidelines.
