Job summary

Civic Center Health and Rehabilitation, LLC is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support our residents and collaborate with nurses and healthcare professionals to ensure comfort, safety, and well-being. The role emphasizes compassionate care, teamwork, and adherence to care plans.

We offer an hourly pay range of $14.60–$18.00, shift differentials, insurance options, a 401(k) with company match, PTO, holidays, and ongoing training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must hold valid CNA certification in the state applying.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in long-term care preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team and adapt to varying shift schedules.
• Current CPR certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, eating).
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ health to nursing staff.
• Provide mobility assistance and transfers.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment.
• Document care provided and observations per facility policies.
• Offer emotional support and companionship to residents.
• Follow infection control protocols and safety guidelines.

You will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to our residents. You will work closely with nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure the comfort, safety, and well-being of those in our care

Required Qualifications:

1. Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state you are applying for
2. High school diploma or equivalent.
3. Previous experience in long-term care or a similar healthcare setting is preferred but not required.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to providing high-quality care.
6. Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to varying shift schedules.
7. Current CPR certification is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
