NHS Management, LLC is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support our residents in Double Springs, AL. You will work closely with nurses to assist with daily living activities, monitor health, and ensure safety and comfort in a caring environment.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA certification in the applying state.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in long-term care preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work in varying shift schedules.
• Current CPR certification is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with daily living activities.
• Monitor and report health or behavior changes to nursing staff.
• Provide mobility assistance including transfers.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment.
• Document care provided and observations per facility policies.
• Offer emotional support and companionship to residents.
• Follow infection control protocols and safety guidelines.

Position Overview: Certified Nursing Assistant ( CNA )

You will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to our residents. You will work closely with nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure the comfort, safety, and well-being of those in our care.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state you are applying for
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in long-term care or a similar healthcare setting is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to providing high-quality care.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to varying shift schedules.
• Current CPR certification is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ health, behavior, or condition to nursing staff.
• Provide mobility assistance, including transferring and repositioning residents.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for residents.
• Document of care provided and observations in accordance with facility policies.
• Offer emotional support and companionship to residents, fostering a positive and caring atmosphere.
• Follow infection control protocols and safety guidelines.
