The Good Stuff! The position of Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is available at Cordova-Health-and-Rehabilitation-LLC in Cordova, AL.

You will work with nurses to deliver quality care, assist residents with daily activities, and monitor health changes to ensure safety and comfort. Qualifications

• Valid CNA certification in the state you are applying for.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in long-term care preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to providing high-quality care.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to varying shift schedules.
• Current CPR certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ health, behavior, or condition to nursing staff.
• Provide mobility assistance, including transferring and repositioning residents.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for residents.
• Document care provided and observations in accordance with facility policies.
• Offer emotional support and companionship to residents, fostering a positive and caring atmosphere.
• Follow infection control protocols and safety guidelines.
