Job summary

Atrium Centers in Michigan is seeking a compassionate CNA/STNA to support residents in a 39-bed facility. You will follow approved care plans, assist with activities of daily living, and help ensure safety and comfort during your overnight hours.

You will document care, monitor vital signs, and uphold Residents’ Rights while delivering respectful, person-centered care with a team that values your dedication and reliability.

Qualifications

• Current CNA/STNA license in good standing
• Completion of an approved CNA/STNA training program
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A service-oriented mindset and desire to learn and grow
• Positive, dependable attendance and a can-do attitude

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care per individualized care plans

• Observe and practice infection control procedures
• Accurately document care provided, including vital signs
