Atrium Centers is seeking a compassionate CNA/STNA to join our 2nd shift on a part-time basis at a 39-bed facility. You will assist residents with daily living activities, monitor safety, and document care provided while adhering to approved care plans.

We value strong communication, reliability, and a service-oriented mindset. This role supports overnight care and requires dedication to residents, families, and the care team. Atrium Centers offers ESOP and comprehensive benefits.

Formación

• Active CNA/STNA license in good standing.
• Completion of an approved CNA/STNA training program.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A service-oriented mindset and desire to learn and grow.
• Positive, dependable attendance and a can-do attitude.

Responsabilidades

• Provide resident care in accordance with approved, individualized care plans.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, personal care, and safety needs.
• Observe, understand, and practice infection control procedures.
• Accurately document care provided, including vital signs.
• Immediately report any violations of Residents’ Bill of Rights.
• Support residents with dignity, compassion, and respect.
