Job summary

Atrium Living Centers Inc. is seeking a CNA for 2nd shift to provide compassionate resident care in a 65-bed facility in Ironwood, MI. You will follow the approved Care Plan and assist with daily activities, safety, and personal care.

Role requires CNAs with state licensure or completion of CNA/STNA course, strong communication, and a reliable attendance record. Infection control and accurate documentation are essential, with an emphasis on protecting residents’ rights.

Qualifications

• Completed CNA/STNA Course or state licensing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Service mentality with a desire to learn.
• Positive can-do attitude and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care according to an approved Care Plan.
• Assist with daily activities, resident safety, and personal care.
• Understand and practice infection control procedures.
• Comply with documentation/record-keeping policies, including vitals.
• Report violations of Residents’ Bill of Rights immediately.
