Job summary

Atrium Centers Roosevelt Park Nursing & Rehabilitation Community is seeking a dedicated CNA to join our full-time night shift team in Muskegon Heights, MI. Provide compassionate resident care, assist with daily living activities, and document vital signs in a 39-bed facility.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care in accordance with approved, individualized care plans
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, personal care, and safety needs
• Observe, understand, and practice infection control procedures
• Accurately document care provided, including vital signs
• Immediately report any violations of Residents’ Bill of Rights
• Support residents with dignity, compassion, and respect
