You’ll provide resident care according to approved care plans, assist with daily activities, and safety, follow infection control procedures, complete documentation such as vitals, and report any violations of the Residents’ Bill of Rights immediately.

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license.
• Completion of a CNA/STNA course and state certification.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Service-minded approach and eagerness to learn.
• Positive attitude with excellent attendance.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care according to approved care plans.
• Assist with daily activities, personal care, and resident safety.
• Follow and practice infection control procedures.
• Complete required documentation, including vitals.
• Report any violations of the Residents’ Bill of Rights immediately.
