Fairlane Gardens Nursing and Rehab is recruiting Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our skilled nursing team in Reading, PA. The role focuses on compassionate resident care, safety, and support within a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.

We offer increased pay rates with full- and part-time shifts (3:00 PM–11:00 PM and 11:00 PM–7:00 AM). Must have CNA certification and completed state-approved training with proof at hire.

Qualifications

• Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with active certification.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Successful completion of a state-approved CNA training program and competency exam.
• Proof of CNA certification required upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care following resident care policies and procedures, ensuring safety and well-being.
• Care for residents with therapeutic, neurological, dementia, dialysis, IV therapy, infectious disease, and wound care needs as applicable.
• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, hygiene, and activities of daily living per individualized care plans.
• Ensure residents are out of bed and participate in daily routines as per care plans.
• Collaborate with Charge Nurse and interdisciplinary care team.
• Interact professionally and compassionately with residents, families, coworkers, and clinical staff.
• Perform additional duties to support quality resident care.

Fairlane Gardens Nursing and Rehab is seeking compassionate and personable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our skilled nursing team. In this role, you will provide exceptional resident care while helping meet the personal needs and comfort of our residents in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Pay Rate

$19.75–$21.25 per hour

Available Shifts

• Full-Time and Part-Time

• 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

• 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in accordance with resident care policies and procedures while ensuring resident safety and well-being

• Demonstrate the skills necessary to care for residents with therapeutic, neurological, dementia, dialysis, IV therapy, infectious disease, and wound care needs, when applicable

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, hygiene, and other activities of daily living according to their individualized care plans

• Ensure residents are out of bed and participating in daily routines as outlined in their care plans

• Work under the direction of the Charge Nurse and collaborate as an active member of the interdisciplinary care team

• Interact with residents, families, coworkers, and clinical staff in a professional, compassionate, and respectful manner

• Perform additional duties as assigned to support quality resident care
