Job summary

Life Care Centers of America in Colorado is seeking a dedicated CNA to join our day shift team. You will perform direct patient care, including bathing, feeding and grooming, and support the overall care plan under licensed supervision.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent, CNA program graduate, active state license, CPR (or willing to obtain). One year of skilled nursing experience preferred; strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate of a State-approved CNA program.
• Currently registered/licensed in applicable State. Must maintain an active license in good standing throughout employment.
• CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation.
• One year skilled nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Job description

Employment Status: Full-Time Pay Rate Maximum: 20.84 Pay Rate Minimum: 18.50 Shift: days

Wage scale: up to $20.84/hour + shift differential

As an important member of our interdisciplinary team, the CNA provides routine daily nursing care to assigned patients in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards. Daily duties include delivering direct care to patients (bathing, feeding, grooming, toileting, etc.) and supporting the overall care plan to help patients and families.

Education, Experience, and Licensure Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Graduate of a State-approved CNA program
• Currently registered/licensed in applicable State. Must maintain an active license in good standing throughout employment.
• One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferred
• CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation. CPR certification must remain current during employment.
