Job summary

Life Care Centers of America is seeking a qualified Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team in Payson, UT. This full-time position offers an hourly pay rate of 23–27 with shifts during the day and night.

You will provide routine daily nursing care to residents and support our multidisciplinary team to deliver quality patient care. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, completion of a State-approved CNA program, and active certification/licensure in Utah.

• Graduate of a State-approved CNA program.
• Currently registered/licensed in applicable State. Must maintain an active license in good standing throughout employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care to assigned patients (bathing, feeding, grooming, toileting, etc.) as directed.
• Deliver direct care to patients and assist with activities of daily living.
• Join an interdisciplinary team and communicate effectively to ensure quality patient care.
• Maintain professional working relationships with all associates, vendors, etc.

Education, Experience, and Licensure Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Graduate of a State-approved CNA program
• Currently registered/licensed in applicable State. Must maintain an active license in good standing throughout employment.
• One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferred
• CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation. CPR certification must remain current during employment.
