Job summary

Life Care Centers of America is seeking a qualified Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Indiana. The role offers an hourly pay range with shifts including days and evenings, and a comprehensive benefits package with medical, dental, and vision coverage, PTO and sick days.

As part of an interdisciplinary team, the CNA will provide routine daily nursing care, assist with activities of daily living, and support patient comfort and safety in a licensed facility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate of a State-approved CNA program.
• Currently registered/licensed in applicable State. Must maintain an active license in good standing throughout employment.
• One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferred.
• CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation. CPR certification must remain current during employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care to assigned patients.
• Deliver direct patient care such as bathing, feeding, grooming, toileting, etc.
• Make independent nursing decisions when circumstances warrant.
• Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards patients.
• Communicate and function productively on an interdisciplinary team.
