Fayetteville Health and Rehabilitation is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our caring team in Fayetteville, AR. You will assist residents with daily activities and work closely with nurses to ensure comfort, safety and well-being.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA certification in the state you are applying for.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Long-term care or healthcare setting experience preferred but not required.

• Ability to work in a team and adapt to varying shift schedules.
• Current CPR certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, eating).
• Monitor and report changes in residents' health or condition to nursing staff.
• Provide mobility assistance including transfers and repositioning.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for residents.
• Document care provided and observations per facility policy.
• Offer emotional support and companionship to residents and families.
• Follow infection control protocols and safety guidelines.
