Job summary

Life Care Center of Evergreen is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to join our compassionate team. You will provide routine daily nursing care to residents, including bathing, feeding, grooming, and toileting, in alignment with Life Care standards.

As an important member of our interdisciplinary team, you will work under CMS guidelines, ensure patient comfort, and maintain professional relationships with staff and families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Graduate of a State-approved CNA program is required.
• Currently registered/licensed in applicable State; active license in good standing.
• One year skilled nursing experience preferred.
• CPR certification upon hire or during orientation.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care to assigned residents per regulatory standards.
• Deliver direct care such as bathing, feeding, grooming, and toileting as directed.
• Join an interdisciplinary team and communicate effectively with residents and families.
• Maintain professional working relationships with all associates and vendors.

Education

Current Mileage Program $25.00 a day for those who are driving 25 miles or greater.

Education, Experience, And Licensure Requirements

• Graduate of a State-approved CNA program
• Currently registered/licensed in applicable State. Must maintain an active license in good standing throughout employment.
• One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferred
• CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation. CPR certification must remain current during employment.
