Job summary

Life Care Centers of America is seeking a qualified Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. The position involves providing routine daily nursing care to assigned patients in a skilled nursing facility setting, following Life Care standards and state regulations.

You will work as part of an interdisciplinary team to support patient needs. We offer meaningful tasks, opportunities for growth, and competitive hourly compensation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate of a State-approved CNA program.
• Currently registered/licensed in applicable State with active license.
• One year skilled nursing experience preferred.
• CPR certification on hire or during orientation, to remain current.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care to assigned patients (bathing, feeding, grooming, toileting).
• Deliver direct patient care as directed by the interdisciplinary team.
• Join and contribute to an interdisciplinary team with nursing, therapy and medical staff.
• Maintain professional working relationships with all associates, vendors, etc.

Education, Experience, and Licensure Requirements

• Graduate of a State-approved CNA program
• Currently registered/licensed in applicable State. Must maintain an active license in good standing throughout employment.
• One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferred
• CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation. CPR certification must remain current during employment.
