Job summary

Life Care Centers of America in Richland, WA is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care to residents. You will work with an interdisciplinary team to support patient needs and help maintain comfort and dignity.

We offer full-time and PRN schedules, with evenings shift differential and a $1,500 sign-on bonus. Education, licensure, and ongoing training are provided to grow your career within a nationally established provider.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate of a State-approved CNA program.
• Currently registered/licensed in applicable state and maintains licensure.
• CPR certification upon hire or during orientation.
• One year of skilled nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care (bathing, feeding, grooming, toileting).
• Deliver care as directed by licensed staff and in accordance with standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to support patient needs.
• Maintain patient safety and comfort, document care provided.

Education, Experience, And Licensure Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Graduate of a State-approved CNA program
• Currently registered/licensed in applicable State. Must maintain an active license in good standing throughout employment.
• One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferred
• CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation. CPR certification must remain current during employment.
