Job summary

Life Care Centers of America in Idaho Falls is seeking a qualified Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team on part-time day and evening weekend shifts. You will deliver direct patient care and support a multidisciplinary team.

We offer a New Wage Scale with CNA pay up to $22.50/hr plus shift differentials (+$1 Eve, +$2 NOC) and an associate referral program that adds $1/hr per referral while both are employed full-time.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate of a State-approved CNA program.
• Active CNA license in good standing in the applicable state.
• CPR certification upon hire or during orientation.
• One year skilled nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care to assigned patients per Life Care standards.
• Assist with bathing, feeding, grooming, toileting, and related tasks.
• Deliver direct care as directed by the nursing team.
• Join an interdisciplinary team and communicate effectively with staff.
• Maintain professional relationships with associates and vendors.

As an important member of our interdisciplinary team, the CNA is responsible for providing routine daily nursing care to assigned patients in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards. Your daily responsibilities will be to deliver direct care to patients (bathing, feeding, grooming, toileting, etc.) as directed. Education, Experience, And Licensure Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Graduate of a State-approved CNA program
• Currently registered/licensed in applicable State. Must maintain an active license in good standing throughout employment.
• One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferred
• CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation. CPR certification must remain current during employment.
