The Arbor Company in Delray Beach, FL is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) for full-time, part-time, and PRN schedules. Join a supportive team dedicated to resident dignity and independence. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents while promoting independence and dignity.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transfers and mobility.
• Observe residents and promptly report changes in condition to the nursing team.
• Accurately document care and services provided.
• Encourage resident engagement and meaningful interactions.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment.
• Collaborate with nurses, medication technicians, and fellow caregivers to deliver care.

What You’ll Do

Requirements

• Current Florida Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in good standing
• High School Diploma or GED
• Previous senior living, assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, or long‑term care experience is preferred
• Memory Care experience is a plus
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable attendance and a positive, resident‑first attitude

Full-Time, Part-Time & PRN Opportunities Available

Choose the schedule that works best for you.

PRN Requirements

• Work a minimum of 3 shifts within a 30-day period
• Work 1 weekend shift
• Work 1 major holiday
