The Arbor Company is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) at The Arbor of Delray in Delray Beach, FL. We offer Full-Time, Part-Time and PRN roles, including weekend shifts (7A-3P) to fit your schedule and a supportive team focused on compassionate senior care.

As a CNA, you’ll assist with daily activities, maintain resident dignity, document care, and collaborate with nursing staff. Eligible applicants will hold a Florida CNA license, have strong communication, and demonstrate reliability

Qualifications

• Current Florida Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in good standing
• High School Diploma or GED
• Previous senior living, assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, or long-term care experience is preferred
• Memory Care experience is a plus
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable attendance and a positive, resident-first attitude

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents while promoting independence and dignity
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transfers, and mobility
• Observe residents and promptly report changes in condition to the nursing team
• Accurately document care and services provided
• Encourage resident engagement and meaningful interactions
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment
• Collaborate with nurses, medication technicians, and fellow caregivers to deliver exceptional resident care
