Job summary

The Arbor Company in Mirabelle Miami is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for day shift work, with options for Full Time 7AM–3PM or Per Diem 7AM–3PM. You will provide compassionate, hands-on care to seniors and collaborate with the care team to maintain high-quality standards.

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Compassionate and dependable team player.
• Experience in Assisted Living or Memory Care is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Support residents with mobility, hygiene, comfort, and safety.
• Help residents start their day feeling supported and cared for.
• Encourage engagement, socialization, and independence.
• Collaborate with nurses and care team members to deliver exceptional care.
