Job summary

The Arbor Company is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join Mirabelle Miami, a luxury senior living community. This role offers weekend and full-time options on a 3PM–11PM shift, with part-time weekend coverage and full-time opportunities.

You will provide hands-on care, assist residents with daily living, support mobility and safety, collaborate with nurses, and help residents start their day with dignity.

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Compassionate and dependable team player
• Experience in Assisted Living or Memory Care is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Support residents with mobility, hygiene, comfort, and safety
• Help residents start their day feeling supported and cared for
• Encourage engagement, socialization, and independence
• Collaborate with nurses and care team members to deliver exceptional care
