Job summary

The Arbor Company is hiring part-time Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for Arbor Terrace Highland Park to care for residents in assisted living and memory care settings. Weekend shift differential of $1.50/hour is available, and dedicated CNAs provide compassionate, dependable support in a respectful team environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Current CNA certification required.
• Memory Care experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional, personalized care to seniors.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Support residents with mobility, hygiene, and personal care needs.
• Encourage resident engagement and socialization.
• Help create a safe, positive, and welcoming environment.
• Communicate resident updates and changes with the care team.

What You’ll Do as a CNA

Assisted Living

• Full-Time | 7AM–3PM
• Part-Time | 3PM–11PM Weekends Only
• Part-Time | 11PM–7AM

Memory Care

• Part-Time | 3PM–11PM Weekends Only
• Part-Time Flexible Schedule Available
