Full-Time & Part-Time
6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Every other weekend required
12-Hour CNA Shifts
6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Eligible for shift differential after 2:00 PM
Only required to work every 3rd weekend

Rate: $21.00–$23.00 per hour
Demonstrate the knowledge, skills, and techniques necessary to care for residents with therapeutic, neurological, dementia, dialysis, IV therapy, infectious disease, and wound care needs, as applicable
Provide nursing care in accordance with Resident Care Policies and Procedures
Maintain the safety, dignity, and well‑being of residents
Follow the direction of the Charge Nurse and actively participate as a member of the interdisciplinary team
Assist residents with bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, and grooming in accordance with established care plans
Assist residents with getting out of bed and participating in activities according to their care plans
Interact with residents, family members, coworkers, clinical staff, and ancillary staff in a non‑judgmental, supportive, and calm manner
Perform additional duties as assigned in accordance with resident care plans
High school diploma or GED preferred
Must possess an active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
Must have successfully completed a state‑approved CNA training program and required examination
Must provide documentation of CNA certification upon application
Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
Compassionate and dependable approach to resident care
