Job summary

The Gardens Memory Care Easton is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate resident care in our Easton facility. Earn $17.98–$20.00 per hour with shift differentials and flexible full-time, part-time, or PRN options.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, delivering nursing care per policies, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to support residents’ wellbeing. Education assistance is available as a new benefit.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must possess an active Certified Nursing Assistant Certification; state-approved training and exam completed.
• Documentation of certification required at application.

Responsibilities

• Cares for residents with therapeutic, neuro and dementia, dialysis, IV therapy, infectious disease, and wound care as applicable.
• Provides nursing care per Resident Care Policies to ensure safety and wellbeing.
• Works under Charge Nurse direction and as part of the inter-disciplinary team.
• Assists residents with bathing, dressing, hygiene, and grooming per Care Plan.
• Ensures residents are out of bed according to Care Plan.
• Interacts with residents, families, co-workers, clinical and ancillary staff in a respectful, supportive manner.
• Performs additional duties as assigned to follow the Care Plan.

The Gardens for Memory Care at Easton is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant CNA to perform various resident care activities and services necessary in caring for the personal needs and comfort of our nursing home residents in City/State

Pay range: $17.98 - $20.00/ Hour PLUS Shift Diff's(Eve/Nights- $1.50, Weekend Day-$1.00 and Weekend Eve/Nights- $1.50)

Shifts Available: Full Time, Part Time, and PRN, 7a-3p, 3p-11p, and 11p-7a. Every other weekend is required.

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrates knowledge, skills, and techniques necessary to care for residents with the following needs: therapeutic, neuro and dementia, dialysis, IV therapy, infectious disease, and wound care, if applicable.

• Provides nursing care in accordance with Resident Care Policies and Procedures and ensures the safety and well-being of the residents is maintained.

• Acts appropriately under the direction of the Charge Nurse and acts as an active member of the inter-disciplinary team.

• Assists residents with bathing, dressing, hygiene, and grooming, in accordance with established Care Plan.

• Ensures that all residents are out of bed according to established Care Plan.

• Interacts with residents, family members, co-workers, clinical and ancillary staff in a non-judgmental, supportive and calm manner.

• Additional duties as assigned to follow the Care Plan.

CNA Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited high school or GED preferred.

• Must possess an active Certified Nursing Assistant Certification; having successfully completed a State approved training program and necessary examination.

• Must provide documentation of certification upon application for position.
