Job summary

The Gardens at Gettysburg is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our multidisciplinary healthcare team in Gettysburg, PA. CNAs provide essential resident care focused on comfort, safety, and well-being. Shifts include full-time and part-time options with rotating weekends and 12-hour shifts.

Qualifications

• Must possess an active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
• Must have completed a state-approved CNA training program and required examination.
• Documentation of CNA certification must be provided with application.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate and dependable approach to resident care.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the knowledge, skills, and techniques to care for residents with therapeutic needs.
• Provide nursing care in accordance with Resident Care Policies and Procedures.
• Maintain the safety, dignity, and well-being of residents.
• Follow the direction of the Charge Nurse and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team.
• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, and grooming per care plans.
• Assist residents with getting out of bed and participating in activities per care plans.
