Zusammenfassung

Elite Care Management, Inc. is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or HHA to join our home healthcare team in Florida. You will work with one patient per shift, assisting with daily living activities, monitoring health, and supporting comfort and safety.

Requirements include Florida CNA or HHA certification (75-hour program) and CPR. TB test and Social Security Card, Driver’s license with auto insurance may be required.

Qualifikationen

• Driver’s License and Auto Insurance Card
• TB Test (2-step within the last 12 months OR QuantiFERON within 5 years)

Aufgaben

• Maintain records of patient care, condition, progress, or problems to report and discuss observations with supervisor or case manager
• Support mobility by assisting patients with lifting and transferring as needed
• Assist patients with ADLs such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating
• Light house-keeping duties, such as changing bed linens, laundry, cleaning, or preparing meals
• Enhancing quality of life and building relationships with patients through conversation, doing activities together, and finding stimulation to keep them mentally healthy and alert
• Monitor patients' pulse, temperature, and respiration

Elite Care Management, Inc. is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our dynamic, growing home healthcare team! You will work with ONE PATIENT for your complete shift, getting to know the patient, their needs, and their family life. As a skilled CNA or HHA, you will assist patients with daily living activities, ensure their comfort, and support their overall well-being to enhance their quality of life.
