Job summary

Life Care Centers of America in Chandler, AZ, is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our skilled nursing team. You will deliver routine daily nursing care to residents, including bathing, feeding, grooming, and toileting, while observing safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate of a State-approved CNA program.
• Currently registered/licensed in applicable State. Must maintain an active license in good standing throughout employment.
• CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation. CPR certification must remain current during employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care to assigned patients in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards.
• Deliver direct care to patients (bathing, feeding, grooming, toileting, etc.) as directed.
• Join our interdisciplinary team and help patients achieve functional progress and quality of life within a supportive environment.
