Job summary

Life Care Centers of America in Hawaii is seeking a certified nursing assistant (CNA) to join our compassionate interdisciplinary team. You will provide routine daily nursing care to residents, including bathing, feeding, grooming, and toileting, under the direction of licensed staff.

We offer day and evening shifts on an hourly pay scale of $17.00 to $23.16, with strong benefits and opportunities to grow within a nationally recognized provider.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate of a State-approved CNA program.
• Current CNA license in good standing.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct care to patients (bathing, feeding, grooming, toileting) as directed by staff.
• Assist with activities of daily living as part of an interdisciplinary team.
• Maintain professional and compassionate interactions with patients and colleagues.

As an important member of our interdisciplinary team, the CNA is responsible for providing routine daily nursing care to assigned patients in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards. Your daily responsibilities will be to deliver direct care to patients (bathing, feeding, grooming, toileting, etc.) as directed. Education, Experience, and Licensure Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Graduate of a State-approved CNA program
• Currently registered/licensed in applicable State. Must maintain an active license in good standing throughout employment.
• One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferred
• CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation. CPR certification must remain current during employment.
