Qualifications

• Must hold a valid California CNA license.
• Active BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily care per assessments and care plans.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting, ambulation, transfers, positioning.
• Support patients with physician-ordered self-administered medications.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort at all times.
• Monitor and report changes in health conditions promptly.
