Ascension is seeking a Nurse Aide for the Sacred Heart Village facility in Avilla, Indiana. The role covers evening, full-time shifts within a Skilled Nursing department, focusing on providing essential daily care to residents and supporting the nursing team.

You will observe changes in residents' condition, report to the care team, and uphold a compassionate, respectful environment while ensuring safety and dignity for every resident.

Qualifications

• Nurse Aide certification required prior to hire date or job transfer date.
• BLS certification preferred (American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted).
