Ascension Living in Avilla, IN, seeks an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse for night shifts at Sacred Heart Village. You will provide hands-on nursing care, administer medications, and assist RNs in monitoring residents in a long-term care setting.

The role emphasizes safety, compassionate care, and strong communication with residents, families, and the care team.

Qualifications

• BLS Provider within 30 days of hire; American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse obtained prior to hire date.
• High School diploma equivalency or 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience.

What Minimum Requirements You’ll Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

• High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
